This art panel features a detailed silhouette of St. Thomas, USVI encased in resin tinted to resemble beautiful, Caribbean Blue water. A silhouette of the island is textured with vegetation evoking the lush green foliage of the Virgin Islands. The coastline is laser cut with enough precision to be able to see the runway of STT jutting out into the water, just in case you wanted to daydream about an escape! The silhouette is encased in a shimmering Caribbean Blue sea of resin that is very durable and has a gorgeous, glossy look.
The panel can be easily mounted to a wall by using adhesive mounting strips such as those made by Command or Scotch. Simply ensure that the strips are behind the island silhouette and the panel will have a “floating” appearance without frames or wires. There is also a framed option that has the panel mounted in a custom designed and built gold painted frame. The frame comes with a pre-installed sawtooth hangar so hanging it on the wall is as simple as any picture frame. The design sets the panel slightly off the wall, enhancing the translucent effect.
