Yes! We design, cut, color, pour, paint, package, and everything else that goes into making our products by ourselves. Although if it’s a simple task, sometimes we let the kids help 😉 Because each piece is crafted by hand, there will be minor variations in shape, size, color, etc. We have obsessively high standards, so if anything in the crafting process negatively affects the look or function of the piece, it doesn’t get shipped.
Absolutely, it has happened before! Contact us and let us know what piece of paradise you’d like to see. We may be able to do a custom item or perhaps even add it to our regular offerings.
For in-stock products, our processing time is 1-3 business days.
Backorders are generally shipped within 1-2 weeks, but if you order an out of stock item we’ll reach out to let you know what to expect.
Custom orders depend on the item and quantity. 1-2 weeks is a general guide, but we’ll give you a specific timeframe after we discuss exactly what the customized item entails.
Some of our items can be customized with a special date, such as a wedding anniversary. For other types of personalization, let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll see if we can make it a reality.
We offer free shipping to United States, Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands. Orders to the continental US can be sent with USPS or UPS. Shipments to AK, HI, PR and the USVI will be sent via USPS.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has shipped and updates can be checked with the carrier. If there is a delay or a missing package, check with the carrier first as we have no control over packages once they’re handed over. If you’re having trouble locating your tracking number or order history, please contact us.
We do not share your information with anyone that isn’t involved in fulfilling your order. For third-parties involved in fulfilling orders, the information shared is limited to what is needed for their role, i.e. sharing your name and address with the shipping company tasked with delivering your order.
